DESCRIPTION:
The mission of Dept. of Mental Health of Mass is to improve the quality of life for adults with serious and persistent mental illness and children with severe emotional disturbance. DMH provides integrated network of effective and efficient services that promotes consumer rights, responsibilities, rehab and recovery.

麻州精神健康部的使命是協助長期患有嚴重精神病的成人及有嚴重情緒困優問題的兒童﹐改善生命品質。麻州精神健康部提供有效且充分的整體性服務﹐注重消費者的權益﹑責任﹑促進其復能及復康。
