Meeting with Paul Shaw. LICSW
On the first day of June, we met with Paul Shaw, LICSW, who is the Vice President of Outpatient Services at South Shore Mental Health in Quincy. As a board member of Quincy Asian Resources, Inc. (QARI), and someone who enjoys helping others, Paul was happy to speak with us about his career in social work and mental health.
Meeting with Dr. Chen and Dr. Yung at Manet Community Health Center
On April 17, 2007, we went to meet two physicians, Dr. Richard Chen and Dr. Lily Yung from Manet Community Health Center (www.manetchc.org). Dr. Chen and Dr. Yung took time out of their busy schedules to tell us about their careers in medicine.
Women in Commercial Real Estate Conference
On March 31, we went to an exciting conference, organized by the New England Women in Commercial Real Estate (NEWIRE) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). NEWIRE (www.newire.org) is a professional organization promoting the advancement of women within the commercial real estate industry.
Meeting with Young Engineers
On March 9th, 2007, a group of engineers (Celia Hung, Roger Liu, David Soohoo, and Eric Wong) came to talk to us about their careers. Celia is an integration engineer and Roger is a computer engineer, both working at Intel Company. David is an electrical engineer and Eric is a computer engineer, both from Raytheon Company.
