Free Legal Clinic

Quincy Asian Resources (QARI) provides a monthly, free legal clinic to help the community on issues ranging from immigration and U.S. citizenship, family law and divorce, landlord/tenant, criminal, and personal injury. We have attorneys there to answer your questions and offer assistance in a private and confidential manner.

Free legal clinics are typically on the 4th Monday of the month.

Attorney Profiles:


Gabriel Cheong is the owner of Infinity Law Group, a three-attorney law firm located in Quincy, MA.  Infinity Law Group is dedicated to serving the needs of the immigrant community.  Gabriel’s practice is primarily focused on divorce, estate planning, and prenuptial agreements.  The remaining two associates in the law firm handle immigration and bankruptcy law.

Gabriel serves as a board member of Quincy Asian Resources, Inc.



Jane C. Chiang is the founding attorney of Sedna Law, P.C. Her practice is focused exclusively on immigration law.  Ms. Chiang represents businesses, families, and individuals.  She earned degrees from George Washington University Law School, and the Elliott School of International Affairs.  She speaks French and Chinese.  In her spare time, Ms. Chiang donates legal assistance to QARI as well as the Irish Immigration Center.  Ms. Chiang has also lectured on student immigration issues in the Cambridge, Boston, and Quincy areas, including to international students at Quincy College and Northeastern University.

 

Mary K. Y. Lee is an attorney in Boston. She concentrates her practice on Landlord/Tenant disputes and immigration. She is the 2009 recipient of Denis Maguire Pro Bono Award given by the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association for her work in representing Tenants and Landlords in the Boston Housing Court. She earned her degrees from Boston College and Touro Law Center in New York.  Attorney Lee speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese. She is a member of the Real Estate Pro Bono Committee of the Boston Bar Association, Senior Partners for Justice, Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

 

 

Jason Chan is an attorney in Boston.  He practices criminal and personal injury law in all Massachusetts state and federal courts.  He has a general practice that handles cases in all areas but specializes in drunk driving, OUI, DUI and criminal defense cases, specifically in Boston and Worcester.  Previously, Attorney Chan served as Assistant District Attorney in the Worcester, Massachusetts District Attorney's Office.  Attorney Chen attended Northeastern University and law school at New English School of Law.
