Programs & Services

QARI's Information and Referral Program provides multilingual resources and direction for many services including:

  • Translation and Interpretation
  • Transportation
  • Medical Insurance & Health Information
  • Fuel Assistance Applications
  • Housing Applications
  • English and Citizenship classes
  • Food Stamp Applications
  • Elder and Caregiver Services

Additionally, QARI works with collaborating agencies to provide outreach and educational events for areas such as:

  • Elder Health and Nutrition
  • Gambling issues
  • Civic Engagement

QARI Staff is trained to provide Information and Referral Service in a wide range of areas. Nearly the entire staff is multilingual and services may be available in: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Toisanese, and Vietnamese.

Office Hours:

  • General Office: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5pm, Saturdays 9:30 am - 1:30 pm
  • I&R Specialist Melissa Lee-Mei: Monday - Friday, 10 am - 5 pm
  • Elder Specialist Frank Poon (South Shore Elder Services): Wednesday 1 pm - 5 pm
