To foster and improve the social, cultural, economic and civic lives of Asian Americans and their families to benefit Quincy and its neighboring communities. Through collaborations and partnerships, we provide culturally competent services including adult education programs, youth development, and cultural events as well as information and referrals to public and other community organizations.
On behalf of Board Chair Wan Wu and me, thank you to the 100’s of volunteers, sponsors and supporters for making the 24th Annual Quincy August Moon Festival a great day! Everyone was impressed by the energy, and enthusiasm that demonstrates our Quincy pride!
Even with the rain shower, everyone’s spirits were high on festival day, and we pulled off another great event!
Thank you to our co-chairs, Kim Chan and Yau Chong and those who organized and participated in the Flash Mob. The collaborative spirit of the volunteers and their strong commitment truly reflected this year’s festival themes of “Love, Hope and Community.”
We are very proud of what we have been able to accomplish together. None of this would have been possible without your support and hard work. Thank you, and hope to see you again during Lunar New Year!
Best Regards,
John Brothers, Executive Director
Wan Wu, PhD, President of the Board
